Every CRKD release is crafted with deliberate intention — built to last, not to cycle.
Because our garments are produced in limited quantities and often made-to-order, all purchases are considered final sale.
We encourage careful selection before completing your order.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or change of mind.
Each piece is made in limited supply and cannot be reissued once sold.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review your claim.
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:
• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase and clear documentation (photos or video) must be provided.
• Send your claim to studio@crkd.co with the subject line: Order Issue — [Order Number].
Once reviewed, our team will notify you of the outcome and any next steps.

Preorders & Made-to-Order Items
For preorder or made-to-order pieces:
• Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.
• Production and fulfillment timelines are stated on each product page.
• Cancellations are not accepted once your order has entered production.
If a delay or production issue occurs, you will be contacted directly with updated information or offered store credit.

Refunds
Refunds are only approved under specific circumstances:
• The item is deemed defective after inspection.
• The item cannot be replaced due to limited stock or discontinued production.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages
CRKD is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier.
If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly to initiate a claim.
We can assist by providing tracking information and carrier details if needed.

Because each release is produced in small, controlled batches, we cannot accommodate cancellations once your order is confirmed.
