Shipping Policy

We ship orders within Canada and the United States. This policy explains processing times, shipping methods, costs, and what to expect once your order is on the way.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed in 2–5 business days.

  • Custom / made-to-order / print items may take a bit longer.

  • We don’t ship on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

  • You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking (if available) once your order ships.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Within Canada

  • We ship from British Columbia, Canada.

  • Orders are shipped via major carriers (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or another comparable service).

  • Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your address, weight, and service.

  • Local delivery or pickup (if enabled in your store) will be shown at checkout.

Typical transit time: 2–8 business days for most Canadian addresses (rural/remote can take longer).


3. Shipping to the United States

  • We offer shipping to the continental U.S. (some locations like Alaska, Hawaii, or territories may have higher rates or longer transit).

  • Rates are calculated at checkout.

  • U.S. customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees charged by their country.

Typical transit time: 4–10 business days, depending on the service and destination.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S.)

For U.S. orders, your shipment may be subject to customs, import duties, and taxes once it reaches the U.S. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.


5. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination

  • Weight/size of the order

  • Selected service

If we run flat-rate or free shipping promotions, they will be clearly shown on the site.


6. Tracking

  • Most orders ship with tracking.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier — if it’s delayed, check with the carrier first.


7. Incorrect Addresses / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the address was entered incorrectly at checkout.


8. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier backlogs

  • Customs processing

  • Holidays or high-volume seasons

We’ll always do our best to help you locate a delayed shipment.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3–5 business days with photos and your order number.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with your household, building manager, or local post office first. In some cases, you may need to file a claim with the carrier.

  • We’ll help where we can, but we can’t guarantee replacement for orders marked delivered.
